Terms of Service For Shipping Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
So to begin with, this is a one-gal shop (so far…:)
Please read these terms of sale clearly before you make a purchase, as by placing an order you agree to these terms of trade. Please contact me if you have any queries!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Is Shipping Included?
It is FREE within Canada for Standard Shipping. Calculated rates will be shown for US and UK.
Taxes are also included.
When will my order be shipped?
I want you to get your limited edition fine art print as soon as possible! Your order will be shipped using Canada Post from Vancouver, BC, Canada within 7-10 working days. This time is used to print the image. If it will be faster, I will send you an email.
How long after that will I receive it?
It depends on where you are in the world but Canada Post usually takes around 10 – 15 business days. Allow more time for your order during peak shipping times like the holidays!
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently to Canada, the US and the UK.
Tracking and insurance?
Unless you specify otherwise every package is sent with tracking and insurance. Once I am back from the post office I’ll email you details of your tracking number.
Who pays for customs charges or fees?
If there are custom charges or fees you will cover the cost of those.
Can you mark my package as a gift to avoid customs fees?
No, it’s not legal. I abide by all import and export laws and requirements.
REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
My package hasn’t shown up.
Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of Canada Post and their customer service will be able to assist you. If they ask you to contact me please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
My package arrived in rough shape.
I am a perfectionist, and have worked in a commercial gallery, so I package the prints with utmost care, and am so sorry to hear of this. Please contact Canada Post as your package has been sent with insurance and they will be able to help you. You can also contact me as soon as possible with all the information and with support images of the issue.
Now that it’s here – l don’t like it.
I really hope this won’t ever happen but just in case here is what we will do. Please get in touchwithin 14 days of your artwork arriving. I will email you my mailing address and you will mail it back to me at your expense. Once it has arrived in the same condition I sent it in I will issue you a refund minus my shipping costs.
